Magnificent Account Managers
We are seeking an Account Manager to provide the highest level of customer service to our largest customers. You will be responsible for managing some of our most important brand and agency accounts, as well as liaising with our sales, development and design teams to implement social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and company websites. Part of your time will also be spent supporting our customer service team which provides assistance via phone, email and live chat for our full customer base, which ranges from large brands and agencies to small businesses. Successful candidates will be expected to take responsibility and ownership from the start and as the company develops become an integral part of its structure.
